Process Orders Promptly

Orders should be completed or canceled within 60 minutes. If a dispute arises or an order is not completed within 60 minutes, TIGA reserves the final right of disposal. Please process orders promptly or contact TIGA customer service. Avoid asset or other losses.

Please Strictly Follow the Trading Process

Under any circumstances, please strictly follow the trading process and do not deviate from it due to pressure from the other party.

When Buying Cryptocurrency:

Please wait until the system notifies you that the escrow is successful and prompts you to transfer funds (or when the "I Have Paid" button appears on the robot order details page). Then carefully verify the order currency, amount, off-chain amount, and the recipient's payment information before making the transfer.

After making the payment, click "I Have Paid" promptly. If you encounter any issues, immediately contact TIGA customer service.

When Selling Cryptocurrency:

After the other party has made the payment, be sure to check your payment account to confirm that the funds have actually been received and the information is correct before clicking "Release to the other party". Never according to the other party's words or screenshots to determine whether payment has been received.

If you receive payment from someone not using their real name, click "Payment Not Received", suggest returning the money through the original payment method, and request the other party to cancel the transaction.
