TIGA Account Restrictions
Why is my account restricted?
TIGA's highest principle is to protect the transaction security of all registered users. TIGA's risk control system will comprehensively evaluate your transaction risk, including your transaction history, authorized Mixin transfer records, and feedback from other users in real-time transactions. Based on specific circumstances, your account may be restricted, including but not limited to:
- Publishing advertisements
- Initiating transactions
- Account suspension The duration of these restrictions depends on specific circumstances, typically T+7 days. Repeated or serious violations, suspected illegal activities, or cases deemed high-risk by the platform will result in permanent restrictions.
How to remove restrictions?
- If you urgently need to use TIGA services, please contact TIGA customer service and cooperate by providing relevant supporting materials. The customer service will assist you in lifting the restrictions based on your situation.
- If you do not urgently need TIGA services, or do not wish to cooperate with the process, you can also wait for the system to automatically remove the restrictions. In general, the system will automatically lift the restrictions after T+7 days.
