Anti-Fraud Tips

Do Not Trade Privately

Do not trust any private transactions. Due to the anonymity and irreversibility of cryptocurrencies, this may lead to direct asset losses; Even if you are not scammed directly, based on general laws and regulations, if a case arises, whether you are paying or receiving, private transactions may bring extremely unfavorable legal consequences to you.

When Receiving Payment on the Platform:

When receiving payment: Please be sure to confirm that the funds have actually been received and the amounts match.

Please note that during transactions, TIGA has no intervention in off-platform bank transfers. You must verify your account status yourself.

In all cases, you must check your own receiving account for payment details, balance changes, etc., to confirm that the funds have actually been received.

Other fraud prevention scenarios: "Pay on behalf" requests through Alipay or WeChat, actual decimal point misplacement in transfers, delayed transfer screenshots, or direct photo manipulation, even fabricated bank SMS messages, impersonated bank information, or forged emails from payment service providers.

When Making Payment on the Platform:

Before making payment: Please do not transfer money to the other party until the system prompts you to transfer (or the "I have paid" operation button appears on the robot page).

Under any circumstances, only proceed with the transfer after confirming the transfer payment reminder and the "I have paid" button sent by the robot in the group chat, and verifying that the order information and the recipient's payment information are correct.

(If group chat messages are delayed or not received, please go directly to the order details page on the robot page, confirm that the order has been successfully placed in escrow and that there is an "I have paid" button before proceeding with the transfer).

After payment, please promptly click the "I have paid" button and keep a record of the transaction chat history.

Protect Account Passwords:

Protect asset security: Never disclose passwords for Mixin accounts, exchange accounts, bank, Alipay, WeChat, or other accounts to others. No platform under any circumstances will ask you to provide your password.

Prevent Phishing Websites or Scams:

Do not click on or scan any links or QR codes recommended by strangers to prevent entering phishing websites or software that could steal your personal information or assets.

Other Situations:

If you encounter any abnormal situations during TIGA transactions, please stop operations and contact platform customer service.
